1.1 Basis of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between the bd rome platform and its users ("Members"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from using bd rome's services.

bd rome is an online entertainment and betting platform offering casino games, slots, sports betting, and live dealer games. All platform services are operated digitally and are available in Bengali for users in Bangladesh.

1.2 Interpretation of Terms

In this document, "Platform" refers to the bd rome website, mobile application, and all associated digital services. "Member" refers to any person registered on the platform. "Services" refers to all activities including games, betting, payment processing, and customer support.

1.3 Relationship with Other Policies

In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines also apply. Those documents are considered an integral part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict, these main Terms shall take precedence.

2.1 Age Requirement and Eligibility Conditions

To register with and use bd rome, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must create an account in your own name and for your own use — registration on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
• All information provided must be true, accurate, and complete.
• Each person may open only one account.
• The payment method used must be registered in the member's own name.

2.2 Registration Process and Verification

bd rome reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all information provided at the time of registration. A copy of a national identity card or other identification document may be requested for account verification if needed. Withdrawal requests may not be processed until the verification process is complete.

If an account is registered with false information, the account will be suspended or cancelled and the associated balance may be forfeited.

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Account details must not be shared with anyone else. You will be responsible for any activity that takes place on your account, unless it is proven that the information was compromised due to a fault on bd rome's own part.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each person may own only one bd rome account. Creating multiple accounts, operating another person's account, or using the same payment method across accounts belonging to multiple members of the same household is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in all accounts being cancelled and balances forfeited.

3.3 Closing an Account

A member may request to voluntarily close their account at any time via live chat. Any outstanding balance must be withdrawn before closure. bd rome also reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account without notice in cases of breach of these Terms.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

Approved deposit methods at bd rome are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The deposit method must be registered in the member's own name.

Deposits via third parties, depositing borrowed funds through credit or debit cards, and transactions via cryptocurrency are strictly prohibited at bd rome. If such transactions are detected, the account may be suspended.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be processed via the same method used for the deposit. bd rome's standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 30 minutes.

It is mandatory to fulfil the wagering requirements associated with any active bonus before making a withdrawal. If a withdrawal is attempted before completing bonus wagering, the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus may be cancelled.

• Account verification is mandatory to process withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold while any investigation into the account is ongoing.
• Multiple withdrawal requests made on the same day will be processed in sequence.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times the bonus amount before withdrawal. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500 — you must wager ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 before withdrawing.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer at bd rome has its own terms and conditions, which vary. Reading the terms of the relevant offer before claiming a bonus is mandatory. The general bonus terms are listed below:

• Only one bonus may be active at a time.
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Certain games or betting markets may not be eligible for bonus wagering.
• The minimum deposit for each bonus is ৳100.
• The maximum withdrawal limit on winnings earned from a bonus may be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• If any irregularity or attempt at fraud is proven, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program and Cashback

The bd rome VIP program has four levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each level: up to 0.4% for Bronze, up to 0.8% for Silver, up to 1.1% for Gold, and up to 1.5% for Platinum. Cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week.

bd rome reserves the right to modify VIP benefit terms. Decisions regarding VIP level changes are final and no appeal will be accepted in this regard.

6.1 Game Results and Fairness

The results of all games on bd rome are determined through third-party certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each round is independent and previous results do not influence subsequent results. RTP (Return to Player) data from game providers applies to specific games.

6.2 General Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bd rome reserves the right to cancel those bets. In sports betting, if a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with bd rome's specific policies.

• If odds change, bets accepted at the previous odds remain valid.
• In multi bets, if even one selection is cancelled, the entire slip is cancelled.
• In live betting, if the connection is lost, the bet will be settled based on the state of play at that time.

6.3 Technical Issues

If any game or bet is left incomplete due to server outages, network problems, or other technical errors, bd rome will contact the affected member. However, bd rome will not be liable for alleged losses caused by technical issues that arise from the member's own device or internet connection.

7.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are a clear violation of bd rome's rules and may result in immediate account cancellation:

• Attempting to exploit the bonus system to gain unfair advantage (Bonus Abuse).
• Collecting bonuses by creating multiple accounts or using others' accounts.
• Placing bets using any kind of software, bot, or automated system.
• Deliberately exploiting game errors or bugs.
• Assisting with money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Defrauding or harassing other members.
• Operating an account under a false identity or using another person's information.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or security flaws.

7.2 Consequences of Violations

If any prohibited activity is detected, bd rome may take the following steps without prior notice: temporarily or permanently suspend the account; forfeit bonuses, winnings, or the entire account balance; notify the relevant authorities.

8.1 bd rome's Liability

bd rome makes every effort to provide a safe and reliable service within its own platform. However, bd rome will not accept any liability in the following circumstances:

• Issues caused by the member's own device or internet connection.
• Technical errors by third-party game providers.
• Account information being compromised due to the member's own negligence.
• Services being disrupted due to natural disasters, war, or government directives.
• Financial losses incurred by a member through playing games — as online gaming is inherently a risk-based activity.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute, the member should first contact customer support via live chat or email. The support team will review the complaint and attempt to resolve it. bd rome's decision on matters related to game results or bet settlement will be considered final.

9.1 Collection of Personal Information

bd rome collects members' personal information for the purposes of registration, payment verification, and service improvement. Details on how this information is collected, stored, and used can be found in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you are considered to have also agreed to that policy.

9.2 SSL Protection

All transactions and personal information on the bd rome platform are protected using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology. Payment information is never shared with third parties unless required by legal or regulatory obligations.

10.1 Right to Make Changes

bd rome reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. If changes are made, a notice will be posted on the platform and the "Last Updated" date at the top of the document will be revised. Continued use of the platform after changes are made will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms.

For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify members via their registered email or through the platform. However, this is a best-effort measure and not a mandatory obligation. It is the member's own responsibility to read the updated terms regularly.

10.2 Service Discontinuation

If bd rome decides to shut down its services entirely, members will be given adequate time to withdraw their balances. If bd rome is compelled to discontinue its services for any reason, the liability limitation provisions included in these terms and conditions will continue to apply.
